Hey, it's been a while so I figured I'd update, give you whatever news I can.

Essentially I'm working on both Gold and Clone Epsidode 2 and There are Rules episode 3 at the same time. I've turned the inability to get voice acting into an Art form, but I have long had the scripts written for both, so there's nothing really holding me back other than the voice actors. If I can get everything together, then I can try and bring the Body acting together and put something out.

Chances are, you're going to see TaR3 first. I know this breaks my (nonexistant) pattern of alternation, but Gold and Clone is REALLY big. It's got a whole lot of Voice acting, lots of introductions, etc. There are Rules is a bit easier, for some reason. There are fewer oversea VAs, so if I can get the locals together, then I can put on a show. This episode, too, is very big, and is a turning point in the Series.

I've always known that if I had 6 minute episodes like Every other production company does, then I'd be able to have something for you Monthly... but there's nothing like being able to say "Other than the copywright infringement, I could put this on TV if I wanted to. Commercial free, even." Having you along for a cinematic Adventure is a little bit more rewarding than giving you a Brief Distraction from your pitiful depresing Wintertime lives.

P.S. There's a bit of a Situation, also, that confounds GaC, by the way. Some time ago I begged The Wonderful Matt Eades to reprise Crow, which he agreed to at the time, but at this point I'm not sure if he still intends to. I really, REALLY don't want to Recast Crow. So Stubborness may delay it longer.

Part two is being rather Cantankerous, Tenacious, and - in lamens terms - a bitch to upload successfully. Several times I've tried to weed out the pesky little sound file, to no avail. But I will keep trying.

Currently we're planning and gathering voice recordings in respect to Gold and Clone episode 2. hopefully you all enjoyed Episode two of there are rules, not to mention gold and Clone, and hopefully you will continue to enjoy our work.

We just about finished part one save for a few voices but the Skeleton and, well, probably the muscle mass and majority of ligaments, tendons and veins of part on are in place.

But then we got the Red Ring o' Death, so yeah. We could shortly release part one and then continue work on part two, but... it really depends.

Tell us what you want - wait to see the whole thing, or just see part one then two whenever we get an xbox back.

Hey guys,

Right now we're working on There are Rules Episode 2. We had almost all of the Voices but a technical glitch made them all useless (very frusterating) so we scheduled recordings for Tommorow (Wed. 24th) which should finish it all off.

We originally had a rather assuming 2 week Production schedule which could have worked had we not lost access to our Xbox for several weeks. We're now back on schedule for the most part and after we've completed Voice Acting we'll begin Body Acting.

As of Now, The thing you saw that one Time - Gold and Clone Episode one - Is now Officially Non Canon. It has been stricken from the Record and will be Deleted after Episode 2, now the Real episode one is Released. There are several Reasons for this:

First of all, Looking back... Episode one was a complete failure in several Respects. A, it was hard to see what was even slightly important to the plotline and what was utter Bullshit. B, The Plot was barely touched on at all, and was Riddled with nonesense which made it hard to follow. C, the Photography, Voice acting and Body Acting was Dismal. D, There were Several Inconsistensies with, well Reality. Anybody notice that Toby said 'They need you back at Earth'. Well, according to the rest of the show, they were already on earth. that is just one of many examples, including one or two name changes.

Now Secondly, after looking at the sudden Change of quality between Episodes one and Two, I don't think they could even be the same part of a Series. First and Foremost, I want this to have a Definite Style, and Episode one has no style at all.

I think it's completely rational that ep. 1 is to be axed. Any info you picked up from episode one, however, is almost certainly still True. The Commander is still spooky, he still has two Pairs of Clone Gaurds (Samson, Cain - and the Renamed Barabbas and Goliath (renamed from Jordan and Ulrich)), Gold still has to Gather a team to stop the invasion in 11 days, and Toby is still Kickass.

As a note, the important parts of episode 1 were The Beginning, where Gold is on a mission to kill a Mysterious Scientist whose name, though not reffered to onscreen, is Raven - Where The Real Gold speaks to the Commander - and all the Info about Travin Four.

Finally, during the Midway point of Season one (roughly episode 5-6), Gold and Clone will go on a Brief, planned Haitus to add to suspense. During that time we will make a Redux of Episode one which will hopefully be Less Fail. And now that Chronologically Our Beloved Episode 2 is now episode one, The Redux will be Aptly named 'Episode Zero'. Also, you may be able to look forward to pushing forward a Bonus There Are Rules during the Haitus, MAYBE the long off Magic helicopter #2, and you may just be introduced to the funniest show ever, Bernard and his Impressive Collection of Pornography.

Concerning episode 2 (or 1)... The Acting of the Final full Scene was Poorly done so we'll have to react that, along with a little more Acting. Then, since the Final Scene seemed like a Cheap way to end the episode, we're going for a Better ending, a brief scene - Still on the fence between Montage or Multiple-monologue. Weekend looks promising for Editing.

Heads up, folks. The burden, as I've so often complained as being on other's heads, has finally fallen to me. Everything is ready to be marked, slotted and put into place on the cutton room floor. Truth be told I usually like to wait till the weekends so I know I can go deep into the night, but I'm thinking that since Thursday I have off... that Thursday could be a very lucky day for the Battered Bastards at Random Squirrel Productions... Little more to tell - scene Three complete, hardest scene. Considered Ending episode there, but descided against it. Clone introduced in Scene Four. Can't have two episodes of Gold and Clone without Clone. Rubbish. Also, musical number in Scene 5. Beautiful singing. Professional, almost. Looking forward to it.

I can Fondly, and Honestly, say that Gold and Clone Episode 2, after a 4 month... well not really even a Production time, more of a Haitus, Will be completedy before Saturday.

Thanks to our Final Voice acting going well, the floodgates have opened and previously impassable Scenes now fly by... well as quickly as any type of Hardcore Editing Can. And With this Turkey Day break (Once again Douchebaggedly Coinciding with my Birthday - 'Where's your Present? Why, the Turkey is Your Present! HAHaHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA I'm so fucking popular') I finally have a long, long week to get the work done over.

Well as far as I know nobody reads this, but here goes anyways...

I got a lot done this weeks but my original problem persists: I'm the only motherfucking person who gives a shit about this project. and that was a blatant overuse of profanity, but hopefully you'll permit it because needless to say I'm rather down in the dumps because of this dismal situation and bla bla bla england talk I know, overuse of advanced vocabulary aswell.

Voice actors both here and there have yet to... well... voice act - I can't excactly blame them I'm not offering anything for their services, so thats that. Also any voice acting to be done here will be without the program and I hope it's not to noticable, the change from the cool sounding in-helmet Gritty effects to just flat out normal recordings.and finally, the other co-creator is currently absent with out leave, apparently avoiding me like the plague.

But still 3 out of 5 scenes are flat out complete, and this episode will time at roughly 18 to 20 minutes. Until next time...

Who said I'm a failure?

Well, me, for one.

I plugged the Xbox into the Computer, I started to get ready for Editing... I sat down... and I just couldn't commit myself to the scene. I just couldn't. so I gave up.

I wanted to try again today, but I was too busy. I think in order to do this I'm gonna have to get seriously pumped up on machinimas, like watch Deus ex machina in it's entirety, along with RvB Reconstruction and maybe some other stuff... And still no word on the fucking software...

Sorry about not posting in such a long time, Episode 2 has been such a huge struggle, what with our Microphone breaking, then losing the software to use for the recording (still haven't reaquired it)... plus there were several shots we had to work hard for... So anyways, I've descided to post here ONCE A WEEK, every saturday evening. I'll tell you what (if anything we've done) over the week regardless of how much it is.

In any case we have all but One scene + all the lines of a particular character's lines voiced and all but one scene acted out. We already have one scene edited together and we'll finish up soon, hopefully. Look for completion by the next post.

And since we can't record, we've been working on another show for the last week or so, so you can't say we've been wasting time?

All I can say about it is that there's a wierd new thing at the top of the page and... well... a lot of machinimas... hell, almost all of the halo machinimas... are actually set in the halo universe, you know? Elite bad guys, UNSC humans.... wierd... right?

Operation: Trafalgar Twist

Alright, needless to say, this is some pretty classified Stuff, so listen up, I'm not repeating myself.

Here are the forthcoming Ideations On Machinima, codenamed 'Operation Trafalgar Twist'.

Ideation #1: The Most Highly Developed and Most likely Option for our upcoming Machinima:

Gold and Clone: 10 Days at Fine Lace 7
(AKA: Operation San Antonio)

In order to Truly explain this premise and plot of this Hillarious Show, I would have to allude to Shakespear's 'Henry the Eigth', Ernest Hemmingway's 'A Farewell to arms' and of course, 'The Devine Comedy'.

But I'm strapped for time so I'm just going to talk about the show.

It's Nearing the End of the War between the battle-weary Humans and the Near-Victorious Aliens, the Covenant. They've wiped out almost every Colony they've found, and Just a few Months ago, Reach, the most powerful Off-Earth Military station, Has been Destroyed.

Earth is within the Covenants Grasp.

Well Shit.

Don't worry though. With Cloning technology, we've been able to replace at least half our military infantry with Synthetic Soldiers, created for the single purpose of dying. And with Human Leadership, what could go Wrong?

Don't let the obvious fact that they have supperior weaponry, numbers and abilities get you down. We can Still win this, and quickly. With inteligent leadership and well-constructed Plan, victory shouldn't be too hard to acheive.

And that plan is right here.

Captain Gold has Never liked Clones, but just recently that distrust has moved to hate. There are few Details of the events at the Battle of Travin 4, but what is known is that before that, the G.E.V.A. Unit was one of the best in the corps. And the other thing we know is that after that Battle, Gold was the only Surviving Member, and while the clones were supposed to be giving suppressive Fire, they were off doing god knows what.

So here is Gold, the last of the G.E.V.A., Practically a Man among ants. Earth is under threat, and he's the perfect man to lead a force that can Disable the covenant Advance forces.

So he needs to pick a team, war-hardened veterans and heroes of their own right.

...Unfortunately, there's a little problem.

At Base Fine Lace 7, the words 'War-hardened' can be littereally translated to 'Atrophied' and 'Heroes' means 'Idiots'. And due to a... small miscalculation, that's where he'll have to pick his crack team of commandoes for the assault.

And we do mean Crack.

The bounty of idiocy at Fine Lace 7 boasts more than one half of the soldiers to Be Clones. So logically, This should be a fun 10 days before the assault.

This show will tackle Bigotry, selfishness, race, descrimination, and the duty and honour that comes with being a soldier.

And by 'Tackle' We mean 'Completely ignore'

Some characters at Fine Lace 7:

Aside from Afformentioned Gold, there's Clone, his obvious Counterpart. They're essentially the same Mean person, except while Gold has an extra dose of 'Asshole' Clone has an extra dose of 'Idiotic Jackass.'

Then There's X-1 and 5 (not X-5, Just '5'), Two clone Twin Snipers who have outrageous antics, including keeping a 'Base Hamster', A fellow Clone that they caught and trapped in the sealed Base across the valley.

The Commanding Officer of the base is LTCD Willhello (yes, that's a name), who's very 'Touchy feely' and keeps areas such as the 'Peace zone'. He sees his troops as his individual friends, and as he always says, he 'Loves each and every one of them personally'.

Sick.

Hello... lack of people at my 'Blog' or so it may be called...

This is the 'Official' 'Blog' 'For' Random Squirrel Productions... '___'

We are the Primier... moderately successful... Lackluster company devoted to bring you hillarious Machinimas, Through and through. Do you know what that means?

Lets start off simple:

In the Age of the Spectacular (Oh Thank you, my dear Spriggs), there are these magical systems of Tubes known as the 'Internet' or 'Intranet' or whatever it is. Now by accessing this 'Inter-net' you can creat entire communities and friendships that will last the test of time. Also, you can use tools like the magical 'X-box three hundred and Sixty degrees' that utilize little metal Pies known as 'Games'. Now these Games are basically transportation devices for loads of endless entertainment.

And what can be more entertaining than A good storyline (and a box of mac and Cheese)?

Well, blowing the crap out of your stupid friend collin's Face with a rocket launcher, that's what the fuck's more entertaining.

But stories are a close second.

But to the media and common culture, not close enough. There's a conspiracy, I tell ya, that Games are nothing but time-wasters for disinterested SYMs (Single Young Males (Stupid article... don't ask)) and teenaged kids that don't have proper parentage but do have "1337 Skillz, nuub. PWNED!"

And with that, the PlotGamers, as I so kindly nomintated, are left in the dust, picking up the dead plot of the hoped-trilogy 'Advent Rising' and playing Dreamfall, Fable, Oblivion, Indigo Prophesy, and of course, the glorious Halo time and time again.

Ahh, Halo. Where Afformentioned Teenagers and the SYMs spend their greater lives. Afternoons, nights, 36 hours straight of Halo 3. Shotty sniper, CTF, Infection... it never ends. And of course, the Campaign. 'Finish the Fight' on Heroic, Legendary and if not, then you're a fag.

Yes, a fantastic plotline, and in it's own way, it has yet to be topped. and with the graphics engine and the (sadly only on local play) Gun lowering Glitch, wouldn't it be perfect to, like... make a movie from the game? Take footage, jam in some voicing and then you've got a show?

That, my dear (immaginary) Reader, is Machinima
